Our one day team building activities seek to develop stronger empathy and connection between individuals through relaxed and fun team experiences.

​Our three-day program is aimed at building on these fundamentals and also creating shared learning experiences based on the tenets of effective teams.
 
Our programs are designed to take individuals away from their existing paradigms of thinking and to encourage them to step outside their comfort zone. Participants may experience some disruption to their normal routines, as the program seeks to introduce new positive patterns of behaviour.

Our curriculum can be tailored to your specific needs including focus areas such as Strategic Planning, Engagement, Team building and Development, Behaviour and Culture, Operating Model Design, Agile ways of working or Roadmap & Action planning.

Typical class size includes groups of approximately 6-12 participants.
