• Craft a compelling change narrative
• Develop communications plan (including interactive channels, storytelling, feedback mechanisms)
• Activate and deliver against comms plan and schedule

• Conduct a change readiness assessment

• Build and sustain momentum through Change network
• Maintain high visibility of the change
• Reinforce drivers of changes and remove/reduce resisting forces
• Monitor and report on progress through Readiness Status Report​

What is a CHANGE VISION?
A change vision is a picture of the desired state that the change will bring to the organisation.  It can include a high level description of the future state as well as detail around what the organisation, department, product, or service will look like after the specific changes have occurred. 
Why is a CHANGE vision important in change management?
A vision serves as a bridge, a link from the present to the future in the minds of those who are affected by change.
