- Deep dive into customer value analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Value Proposition).

- Strategies for personalizing customer experiences based on value insights.
- Practical exercise: Analysing a dataset to extract customer value insights.
