Wellbeing Programs
Wellbeing in the workplace refers to everything that creates a favourable work atmosphere for employees to thrive in and deliver their very best.
How we invest in human capital at this time may prove the difference between businesses that stand the test of time and those that do not. With relentless work stress becoming the norm, organisations are increasingly encountering individuals who are suffering burn-out with low energy, lack of purposeful action, and limited engagement. Improving workplace wellbeing has become a significant priority for organisations to ensure their people have the opportunity to perform at their best. |
Collagis' wellbeing program seeks to provide a practical way to stop and re-focus on what matters. We teach an approach to actively manage elements of one's whole well-being that impact on performance in the workplace.
The program is delivered through a 3-5 day experiential learning activity. This holistic learning experience focuses on the factors that drive individual well-being and optimal performance and aims to provide practical tools and knowledge for teams to develop new habits to improve overall wellbeing in the workplace. |
