Organisation Transformation 

Collagis was asked to provide project and change management capabilities across several initiatives that spanned multiple business units.

BRIEF 

The company was undertaking multiple transformational programs. These were centered around:

• Strengthening the core business.
• Realising the full value of their network resources.
• Maximising the value of being connected to the grid.
• Delivering energy to customers in new range.

The engagement was to guide, facilitate and support the transformational programs in flexible way.

CHALLENGES 

• Employee engagement scores were not favorable - High change resistance.
• Significant change required in a distributed environment where the remote resources may have isolated.
• Change aspects including people, process and tools. 
• Multiple organisational changes were included as part of the transformation.

SOLUTION

• Facilitated Strategy workshops for the Leadership Team and provided Executive Coaching on Strategy development and the approach.
• Established and delivered a communication framework.
• Provided Project management for Strategy Development and Capability Alignment programs.

RESULTS

• Collagis provided the project management and change management services for Empowering Capable Leaders which commenced late 2017. This included the development of supportive organisational change and communication strategy, skills gap analysis and training. 
• Collagis provided support to the new leadership team relating to:

- Change management capability and Communication framework for the E-Tech business unit.
- Enterprise Digital Strategy Development.
