The CEO wanted to create a repeatable process to select, develop and deploy staff to international opportunities with other energy distributors. The intent was to create opportunities for professional development as well as retention measure for talented staff.
The company had never undertaken such a project and Collagis assisted in creating all the selection processes and planning processes - including consideration of international tax implications and safety - and deployment support mechanisms.

Collagis assigned a Senior Consultant to support the planning and execution of the exchange. The Collagis consultant worked with a project team assembled from across the company including legal, operations, HR and technical areas to ensure a well informed approach to all phrases of the exchange. The consultant was also responsible for maintaining communications and driving decision making from the overseas entity. |
